If you are looking for a 4×4 team building challenge that’s fun, exhilarating, demanding and rewarding?

What’s involved?
Your group will be introduced to the 4X4 after a welcome and a briefing from our seasoned instructor.
The aim is simple – to drive a Land-rover Discovery safely around the course. The course features our man made and natural obstacles. Those how achieve a clear round without incurring penalty points will earn the maximum points for their team.
An instructor will accompany the team and mark them on their driving styles as they complete the course.
Just sticking your foot to the pedal will not work as this sport takes concentration, precision, careful consideration, driving skill and strategic thinking.
Only one person can take the wheel at a time, but each individual will be earning valuable points that contribute to their team’s total score.
Will they display good team work or will it be every driver for them selves?

The purpose of Team building is an ongoing process that helps a work group evolve into a cohesive unit. The team members will not only share expectations for accomplishing group tasks, but will have to trust and support one another and then will respect one another’s individual differences. This is very useful to bring back to the work place in an every day enviroment.
